Your experience begins with one hour of premium Italian wine tasting led by John Vestri, owner of Vino d’Italia Importers, where you’ll explore a curated selection of expressive wines from across Italy and learn what makes each region and varietal special.

Then the evening continues with 90 minutes of hands-on cocktail making led by local private cocktail instructor Vic Evangelist, creator of In Time For Cocktails. Vic will guide you through crafting two fresh, spring-inspired cocktails, sharing techniques, flavor pairings, and bartender tips you can use at home.
